Our Senior Management Team collectively has over 50 years’ experience within the Recruitment industry – most of which is within the IT and Digital markets, and our CEO is a Director of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation.
We have developed excellent training materials – both classroom based and on the floor mentoring to enhance the skill sets of our consultants so they can provide the best service to both job seekers and those clients looking to fill roles.
We also focus on following the careers of those candidates we have placed and have regular monthly meetings with our existing contractor base – with a dedicated member of staff to look after them and be a key point of contact, alongside our award-winning Back Office team who provide an excellent and personable service to clients and candidates.
