My client, a cutting-edge Fintech business who offer alternative payment solutions are looking for a seasoned sales leader to join their UK team and help drive their sales force through winning new business.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years sales experience within a Payments company or Fintech focusing on card acquiring and merchant services and must be able to demonstrate previous key wins with mid corporate – enterprise level clients!
(must be prepared to travel)
· Experienced in proactively networking to establish and nurture new relationships
· Capable of selling through different styles and ability to sustain and convert a winning negotiation
· A natural 'Hunter' who enjoys winning new business and can plan their own diary accordingly to achieve sales targets and KPIS's
· Accurate forecasting and structured approach to the market
· A strong analytical and constructive thought process that is effectively utilised to solve customer problems and generate new business opportunities
· Able to conduct a high-quality sales negotiation with reference to customer cues
· Entrepreneurial, independent, self-motivator that is able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Card Acquiring, Payment Processing, or Enterprise Software solutions
· 5+ years sales experience from a payment background or similar
· Experience working with long payments cycles up to 24 months
· Must be prepared to travel both UK & throughout Europe
