My Client, a global provider in the cashless payments sector are currently seeking a Technical Customer Support Agent to join their London office.

Delivering technical support directly to the customer by phone, email and ticketing system
Diagnosing the cause of analysis and escalating queries via the correct channels
Ensuring all customer payment flows and transactions are well managed
Analysing financial results
Maintain the incident tracking system and ticket life cycle
Allocate technical calls to the relevant resolver group
Analyse transaction data and product performance to stakeholders

Essential
Fluent verbal and written English
Proven experience using a ticketing system and disposition tools
Experience delivering technical support directly to the customer by phone, email and ticketing system
Proven experience with Linux and SQL
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Desirable
Experience in the Card Payment Industry
Any of the following additional European languages: German, French, Swedish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese
