Technical Operations and Support Engineer
£30,000 - £35,000
My client, a successful AI, ML and NLP Tech company are recruiting for a Technical Operations and Support Engineer to ensure the quality of service and excellent product support as well as the smooth running of the AI platforms.
The role spans across two areas of the business, providing both application support and service management for the production and development environments.
You will be performing technical application and operational support operations, investigate and fix issues that arise and build automated processes to streamline support procedures.
The other side of the role will involve working with DevOps, QA and Development teams to build, implement and support release packages, deploy hot fixes and maintenance releases, onboard new customers and staff as well as build and automate processes to streamline operations.
The company has clients around the world, so there will be the requirement to work staggered hours, ranging from 8AM to 9PM the schedule can be discussed during the interview.
- Strong experience with Linux OS
- Experience in a Product Support Engineer or DevOps Engineer position
- Exposure to Web/SaaS applications
- Understanding of MySQL (or similar)
