The Support Administrator will provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line BAU Infrastructure Support, Project Support and routine maintenance of the Infrastructure estate for our Client.
As part of the role you will need to meet strict SLAs and provide great customer service, assisting members of the team and dealing with infrastructure projects.

-Video Conferenci Polycom
-VMware ESXI 6.0 (Desirable)
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years support experience, be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and is able to deal with multiple issues at any given time. You will have excellent organisational and communications skills and will be able to resolve complex issues.
