Excellent opportunity for Solutions Delivery Analyst / Service Delivery Analyst to join global Financial Services corporation, with offices across the UK Europe, Asia and Australia. You will enjoy a varied role working across cross functional teams with involvement in diverse projects.
The Solutions Delivery Analyst / Service Delivery Analyst will report to the Change Manager controlling the Small Change process providing support to Delivery Managers and the wider team. You will work with the broader team to achieve tasks and actions to support Change requests raise by Business Units through the IT change process from analysis to delivery and will act as the focal point for standards and compliance of VersionOne. The successful Solutions Delivery Analyst be responsible for producing reports on the progress of small changes and will have involvement in formulating documentation and standards within the delivery team.
The Solutions Delivery Manager will posses practical experience of Word and Excel as tools for planning, reporting and KPI's and will have excellent interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to build solid relationships across a matrix corporation. Any knowledge of CMO / PMO processes would be an advantage, as would experience of using Confluence and VersionOne an advantage.
