They are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to manage the Delivery Service operation including Sub-Contracts to the levels and timescales stated within the SLA and to manage the relationship between the business and their key clients.
Skills knowledge and experience:
Essential: Strong track record of management experience within a customer service environment Ability to demonstrate business awareness and operational knowledge.
Ability to demonstrate detailed knowledge of performance measurement techniques and their application Knowledge of contract management in a transport/commercial environment.
Knowledge of practical application of ISO 9001 and relevant Health and Safety Legislation Basic understanding of business finance
Knowledge of TTL processes and procedures relating to Ticketing/Revenue Collection Effective influencer, capable of producing high standards of work through individuals who do not necessarily report directly (matrix management)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
