Our client is seeking a Service Analyst to be responsible for Configuration Management and supporting Change Management. The Service Analyst’s primary focus will be ensuring CI records are maintained throughout their lifecycle, ensuring the accuracy of the CMDB and federated CMS solutions that enable the companies operational teams to deliver exceptional service to high profile and demanding clients. The Service Analyst will support the Change Management function ensuring the overlap between both areas is seamlessly managed.   The position requires strong knowledge and considerable hands-on experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and Configuration Management.


Experience of:

Working to ISO20000 standards and ServiceNow

Working with service level agreements

Delivering workshops/training sessions/presentations

Identifying and tracking CIs

Creating and analysing reports in different formats i.e. Word and Excel


Education and Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Science, IT or Engineering discipline or equivalent - ideally

  • Certification in ITIL Foundation



  • ITIL Capability Certificate in Release Control and Validation examination
