Business Development Manager, Sales, Payments
 
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales/New Business Development Manager to join a global payment and banking company closing complex deals in the ACH payments space.
 
The purpose of this position is to be seen as the primary contact for all external new business enquiries, initiating appointments through the use of strategic selling techniques.
 
The ideal candidate will build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline of qualified opportunities to underpin target achievement.
 
You must be a team player, collaborate across multiple jurisdictions and influence decision makers inside and outside the organisation.

Salary: Up to $100k + generous commission & benefits
 
Location: USA (The position will be remote with regular travel across the US)
 
Responsibilities:
-Experienced in proactively networking to establish and nurture new relationships
-Capable of selling through different styles and ability to sustain and convert a winning negotiation
-A natural 'Hunter' who enjoys winning new business and can plan their own diary accordingly to achieve sales targets and KPIS's
-Grow revenue by identifying and pursuing opportunities with new merchants and technology partners
-Prepare proposals, RFP¿s, and negotiate contractual relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
-Ensure prospects complete and provide all relevant documentation and information to complete required compliance and onboarding requirements

Requirements:
-Experience of international payments, ideally ACH or card issuing/acquiring or bank transfer
-3+ years sales experience from a payment background
-Demonstrated success in introducing existing and new/emerging solutions to partners
-Experience working remotely
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at C-Suite level
-Must be comfortable travelling throughout US up to 70% of time
