Annual gross salary from £40-45,000 (Dependant on experience)

Purpose of the role

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of a team, focusing on delivering a seamless specialist recruitment service to DP Connect’s customers. Building and retaining your own client base and taking full ownership of a specialist division.


Responsible for focussing the team on identifying and developing new business opportunities and adopting a service-led approach to delivering solutions which meet our client’s recruitment needs. 

As a Principle Consultant you will be required to balance a team mentoring and leadership role as well as being client facing and hands-on in developing your own business. 


Key responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities to maximise your client portfolio

  • Build on and develop long-term trusting relationships with customers and candidates

  • Implement tactics to drive the team to achieve revenue targets and deliver their agreed personal target

  • Monitor, extract and analyse data to manage performance and prioritise activities

  • Manage the end-to-end placement process for your own clients and candidates

  • Regularly attend customer meetings and drive the importance of them across the team

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the market, industry trends and competitor landscapes, adapting your approach accordingly

Commission Structure (no threshold):


£0 - £2,500 = 10%

£2,501 - £7,500 = 15%

£7,501 - £10,000 = 17.5%

£10,001 - £20,000 = 20%

£20,001 and above = 25%
