Due to recent growth, this company have recently implemented a new CRM system, based on Dynamics. They are looking for an experienced Database and Systems Manager to come in and take a lead on their entire database, solving issues that arise and being the point of contact. This is a great opportunity to be able to take control of the company's database process, adding new features and improving optimisation.
Manage the CRM database and support the team to ensure best practice in the use of CRM by improving automation and processes.
Taking a leading role in upcoming projects
Enhancing customer service capabilities through data optimisation, managing the data quality on all BEVA systems.
Providing support to other business teams.
Working closely with senior stakeholders within the business and liaising with the external digital providers.
