DP Connect – Delivery Consultant

Salary of a Delivery Consultant:

£18-21,000 basic (flexible dependent on experience/ability)

DP Connect have successfully worked at the forefront of the IT Recruitment sector in the UK for nearly 30 years. DP Connect specialise in uniting talent and technology for leading organisations across Payments / Fintech, Cyber Security and Digital sectors.

 

Details:

  • Annual gross salary from £18,000-21,000

  • 25 days of annual leave (2 of these are taken over the Christmas period)

  • Initial guidance, hands on training and one-to-one ‘best practice’ training to understand the market

  • Review after 6 months

 

Role of a Delivery Consultant:

The key purpose of the role will be to work alongside a Senior Recruitment Consultant, assisting them in sourcing talented IT professionals for the vacancies they are managing.  You will be using the company database, have access to online job boards and LinkedIn to identify prospective candidates, and then speaking to them over the phone to assess their suitability for the role.

You will also be involved in proactively, creating a pipeline of talented professionals and organically growing a talent pool for future assignments and increasing our knowledge of the local market.

We deal with different jobs coming in everyday so you will be working in a fast paced and target driven environment.  We work to tight deadlines with our clients and expected to put in the hours required to hit targets and achieve results.

 

Requirements for a Delivery Consultant:

  • Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities

  • Tenacious and resilient

  • Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary

  • Customer focused approach • Confident and persuasive communicator

  • Demonstrable questioning and listening skills

  • Previous sales, business admin or recruitment experience

 

Commission Structure (no threshold):

£0 - £2,500 = 10%

£2,501 - £7,500 = 15%

£7,501 - £10,000 = 17.5%

£10,001 - £20,000 = 20%

£20,001 and above = 25%

*Average 2-3 deals per month = 40% or 20% of the deal value, dependant on level of involvement.
