Excellent opportunity for experienced CRM Operations Support Manager to join multinational Financial Services organisation based in Leeds.
The CRM Operations Support Manager will manage CRM teams of up to 30 at any one time to create best of breed support function - Support, Operations and small change management across the multinational group. You will ensure that all production systems are running and providing service to the end user within the defined SLA and to agreed and acceptable levels of service.
There are a number of new and exciting long term projects, hence the need for this new hire. Initially the CRM Opersations Support Manager will you will hold responsibility for building and developing new teams within the expanding department of this multinational corp and thus must be able to demonstrate previous experience of building and developing successful teams.
The CRM Operations Support Manager will have previous experience supporting BAU Change, Project and Service Support of critical systems. You will have a track record of building delivery teams and supporting multiple projects. Any previous experience of transformation projects and cloud based systems would highly benefit applications.
