We are currently working with one of the Nordics hottest Fintech’s helping them to find a Sales Manager to work closely with their Country Manager in the launch of their new London office.
This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial Sales Executive who enjoys winning new business through consultatively selling SaaS solutions into Banks.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years sales experience and have worked in a Fintech or Hypergrowth tech company.
The main purpose of this role will be selling the companies SaaS offering into Banks and Financial institutions at an Enterprise level.
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing long term relationships with a portfolio of leads and assigned prospects, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and mentor a team of Business Development Managers to help drive growth in the UK market.
You need to be a key networker who is prepared to travel to networking events and tradeshows.
The ideal candidate will be London based or commutable, have a demonstratable sales delivery & partnerships pipeline from a standing start. Someone who is entrepreneurial: Independent, self-motivator, intelligent, with a passion to work in a faced paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Salary: £90K + Double OTE
Location: London or commutable
Experienced in proactively networking to establish and nurture new relationships
Capable of selling through different styles and ability to sustain and convert a winning negotiation
A natural 'Hunter' who enjoys winning new business and can plan their own diary accordingly to achieve sales targets
Work closely with Country Manager, Presales Manager and other sales team
Accurate forecasting and structured approach to the market
Able to liaise with key stake holders of companies and sell at enterprise level over £1M
Able to conduct a high-quality sales negotiation with reference to customer cues
Successful sales experience selling SaaS solutions into Banks and Financial Institutions
Must have worked in a Fintech or high growth company
Successful sales achievements
Must have sold SaaS solutions into UK market
5-7 Years’ sales experience with a proven sales win plan and pipeline
A self-starter who can wear multiple hats and thrives from working in a fast-paced environment
The ability to travel throughout Europe to attend company events, tradeshows, and meetings
Must live within commutable distance to London!
