Location: Central London

Our client is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join their team based in London.

They are a Financial Services company who specialise in Tax-Free Shopping and Retail

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be supporting the development of their Marketing product portfolio, in their Tax-Free Shopping Product team to support the Product Manager through the product lifecycle
Understand the needs of their users, key stakeholders, designers and their engineering team when developing their Marketing products (websites, mobile app)
Work with their clients Technical Product Manager and engineering teams to launch "go to market" strategies
Launch campaigns in house, online, and with clients
Work with cross functional teams: sales, marketing, and product
In depth analyses of products, competitors, and industry landscape
Support the engineering team and Technical Product manager with testing and QA
Presenting products to internal sales & marketing teams
Support Management in the resolution of issues and problems related to products and services

Skills and competencies:

First-hand experience of digital and email marketing campaigns, marketing data and metrics is critical
Must come from a Financial Services, Retail, or Travel company where you have worked in a marketing or product role
Able to communicate at all levels within the business, and with external partners, clearly and concisely
Able to design and carry out product experiments
Strong analytical skills and data literacy
Creative background

Business Knowledge/Educational Background:
 
Direct experience of Marketing or Product Development from a Finance, Retail, or Travel company
Marketing degree or equivalent
A second European language would be an advantage
Experience working internationally
