I am working with a small but growing IT company that are looking for an Account Manager to support the Sales Manager in their business acquisition targets. The company pride them selves on creating innovative and well-designed solutions for clients that not only work now but stand the test of time.
As an account manager:
You will be the first point of contact for sales enquiries.
You will be responsible for generating sales leads through various means.
You will also attend several conferences throughout the year and act as a representative of the company at these events, generating new leads and forging relationships with suppliers and clients.
The successfull candidate will:
Be able to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails.
Know how to effectively act as a bridge between customers and suppliers.
Be able to judge a user's business requirements and make suggestions for appropriate products and services.
Be comfortable in conducting market research and customer satisfaction surveys.
