Account Manager- Client Partnership


DP Connect are looking for an Account Manager to join their busy and dynamic Client Partnership team on a permanent basis.

This role needs a service-led approach in managing and developing client relationships with designated accounts.


Key Responsibilities:


 Business Analysis & Development:


  • Continuously developing business opportunities within key accounts and building strong relationships.

  • Acquiring deep understanding of the client’s business and sector to identify opportunities to cross-sell.

  • Monitoring relevant key performance indicators (KPI’s), financial and service metrics (NPS) that are conductive to creating a great client experience through efficient service delivery, whilst generating profit for the business.

  • Producing client reports for senior management to enable on-going client development strategies.


Relationship Management:


  • Acting as the key interface between clients and stakeholders; providing feedback as appropriate to ensure effective service delivery.

  • Maintaining effective relationships with key decision makers within the client’s business.

  • Conducting client service reviews and providing feedback to enable us to continuously improve our services.

  • Providing consultative advice to clients to ensure relevant recruitment solutions are provided and making sure we are always adding value.

  • Ensure that the quality and matching of the CV’s meets the clients needs based on agreed requirements.

  • Working in collaboration with the delivery team to ensure we are meeting our client’s requirements.


Knowledge, skills & Experience:


  • Excellent Interpersonal and relationship building skills.

  • Strong planning and organisational skills with a proven ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks and projects.

  • Strong skills in the use of relevant candidate acquisition tools.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven role model of service behaviours, professionalism and company values.

  • Previous experience of meeting/exceeding agreed performance standards.

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-led environment.


Renumerations and Benefits:



  • Annual gross salary from £30-35k Basic + Commission

  • 25 days of annual leave (2 of these are taken over the Christmas period)

  • Initial guidance, hands on training and one-to-one ‘best practice’ training to understand the market
