Jemma is a member of our Academy team in Cambridge, currently being led by our Head of Sales, Cherry Swayne.

Jemma has previous recruitment experience in various different sectors. Jemma thrives off a challenge and is a keen team player.

DP Connects Academy programme is our entry level programme which has been developed to give trainees the skills and knowledge needed to be successful, it uses the 70, 20, 10 principle combining formal learning 10%, learning with others and coaching 20%, and on the job training 70% which allows them to learn and develop through experience and practise.
