A key factor in DP Connect’s success has been our ability to deliver in the toughest economic conditions. Since 1990, when established by founder Toni Cocozza, we have successfully ridden a series of recessions with our clients, providing the skills which businesses need to survive. We were also there in the good times – when competition for technical expertise was at its peak.
From the outset we have believed that the IT recruitment industry could do better. DP Connect has proved it can – pushing for higher standards in the industry and offering first-class quality support to our contractors and permanent placements. Over the past three decades our specialist Consultants have kept on top of the latest technologies, demonstrating and sharing their in-depth market knowledge. DP Connect has been propelled forward with significant investment and growth since April 2017, when Aidan Anglin, CEO, acquired DP Connect following a MBO. Over a 30 year career Aidan has held senior roles within a number of the UK’s major recruitment organisations and has also held a director position with the REC; the governing body of our industry in the UK.
In today’s culture of rapid technological expansion, our specialist consultants are trained to identify emerging trends in the market; progressing towards mastery of their chosen field and we have a core market of IT, Payments, Digital and Cyber recruitment; the country’s most powerful and evolving technologies.
