Our Contract division is staffed by a highly motivated team of experienced recruiters, who have built long-term relationships not only with our clients but also with the contractor community. Based on their previous experience of working with us, many contractors have chosen to move from one DP Connect assignment to another, or have retained us as a payroll agency for direct introductions.
Our dedicated contractor-care representatives -- and an in-house payroll team -- ensure that our contractors' needs are considered and met at all times. DP Connect's contracts and payroll processes are widely recognised for their flexibility and efficiency.
DP Connect has actively supported the rights of IT contractors under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, particularly with respect to opt-out rights and IR35 issues. We have also lobbied the Government in opposition to European legislation which could be detrimental to the UK's current flexible work environment.
DP Connect belongs to the Professional Contractors Group (PCG) and currently places contractors in the UK, mainland Europe, US and Australia.
