Senior HR Business Partner / Recruitment, London, Financial Services

Our Financial Services client seek a Senior HR Business Partner will ensure that all People activities are coordinated and delivered for the directorates in their scope, enabling and supporting management to focus on achieving and maintaining the right capability profile.

The Senior Partner will also act as the key People advisor to the management team in his/her scope, offering guidance and support on a wide range of People issues including employment law, embedding change, terms and conditions of employment, performance management, succession planning. Provides guidance to managers and staff on the practical application of People policies and practices.

Experience needed :
- Experienced in managing the full spectrum of People activities for multiple functions, while working together with other People expertise areas.
- Experience and competency in understanding, interpreting, and communicating procedures, policies, information, ideas and instructions.
- Experience in performing in-depth research and data analysis to support decision making.
