Product Support Analyst
A leading Financial Services and Payments organisation are currently recruiting for a talented Product Analyst to come on board and work closely with the Product management Team and payments project teams. You will report to the Head of Product Management and work closely with external suppliers and partners, Sales and Business Development teams in addition to working with the engineering function. The role is based in south west London.
Ideally a background working within Payments and Financial Services
Exceptional communication skills & Stakeholder manager skills
Minimum 2 years experience of Product management/ Analyst work.
Maintain the product catalogue ensuring selling status, product codes and price files are relevant and up to date.
Liaise with external suppliers to ensure a viable and efficient process and pipeline is in place.
Work with on-boarding & billing teams to ensure product forecast, price files and interfacing tools are relevant and efficient.
Align price and product range with business strategy and specific market/segment requirements.
Drive continued efficiencies through the whole product pipeline through implementation of an industrialized process.
Work with Architecture and Compliance teams to ensure product lifecycle management are maintained and industry compliance is adhered to.
Conduct market/competitor research to ensure our range is competitive and meets market requirements.
Where required stand in for Head of Product Management when unavailable.
Product Management experience in a software development or technical environment.
Experience of maintaining Product Databases and Price catalogues.
Payment Industry experience a big plus but not essential.
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Any European additional languages are considered as an asset
