Infrastructure Project Manager
Infrastructure Project Manager (Prince2) with experience of office move and relocation required by my market leading client to project manage their forthcoming office relocation. The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for producing a detailed project plan, hands-on monitoring of progress of the plan, associated reporting and have key stakeholder management for project review meetings with senior management of risks and issues.
Essential skills and experience include:
Demonstrable successful track record of project managing major office relocations, scope includes overseeing and coordinating the following:
o Finalising legal agreements
o Design and fit out of office space with facilities
o IT infrastructure and desk-top installation
o Staff consultation and associated personnel (HR) processes, including
? Arranging transportation, parking and similar ¿travel to/from work¿ requirements
o Staff and clients¿ communications
o Alignment of activities to achieve timely decisions and sign-offs
You will have superb senior stakeholder engagement and management skills as well as demonstrable experience in the management of suppliers and vendor management.
