Business Support Manager

This leading payments business is currently looking for a Business Support Manager to work for as part of a team focussed on continually reviewing processes to identify risks and identify improvement opportunities.
You will be responsible for reviewing all operational and compliance processes and help to create an imbedded process management culture.
You will be required to work with internal business units to understand current and future requirements and then produce clear, insightful reports and in order to maintain project governance and make improvements where required.
This role would suit someone with a self-starting attitude who is capable of working alongside a wide range of individuals in a diplomatic way.
You will need experience reviewing internal processes, presenting findings and then recommending changes in a clear and concise way to senior management.
We ideally want someone from a financial services or payments background who is capable of understanding technical concepts well.

This is a permanent position based in West London paying up to £35k + benefits
