My client - a highly successful name in business process outsourcing - are recruiting for a Change Manager to join the Service Operations team. Dealing with remote management of customers' network security, servers and cloud, the client now requires a Change Manager on a permanent basis due to an exciting period of expansion.
The role will consist of managing the Change Management elements of the service provided by the client, including chairing the CAB board and ensuring RFCs meet required standards for implementation.
Primary responsibilities include:
-Managing the Change Portfolio, including the CAB meetings, issues and agendas
-Managing vendors, including change building, testing and implementation
-Identifying and analysing risk mitigation
-Communicating regular updates and reporting
-Working closely with the service desk and service delivery teams when required
Skills and experience required:
-Solid understanding of the change process, issues and challenges
-Technical understanding of a network and infrastructure environment
-ITIL Change Management certification (or equivalent)
-ITIL v3 Foundation certification, with a preference for ITIL v3 Practitioner
