HR Business Partner - Financial Services

An HR Business Partner is required for a contract role working with a Private Banking client.

The HR Business Partner role is working with a leading financial services organisation where you will gain exposure to many different areas within the business.

For this role you will need experience with:
- Extensive experience managing a broad range of HR activities and able to apply commercially orientated solutions.
- Good working knowledge of HR legislation, principles, policies and procedures and ability to translate this into practical HR advice.
- Working in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders resolving complex people issues including leading investigations and holding disciplinary meetings to deliver pragmatic outcomes.
