Job Description

Service Desk Technician - MS Office - Active Directory - Exchange - Citrix - Windows

IT Support, Service Desk Analyst
- Member of the IT team, reporting directly to the Service Desk Manager
- Shift pattern within 08:00 till 18:00 Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend working and late working in the event of a system failure

Technical skills required:
- Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Microsoft Project/Outlook/2010/2013
- Windows Operating Systems, AD (Active Directory), Exchange, Citrix, SharePoint, Hyper-V
- Banking and Finance - Payment Industry, Financial Services is highly desirable.
