Service Operations Analyst
Service Operations Analyst - £35,000 - £40,000 plus 10% bonus, private healthcare and pension
A Service Operations Analyst is required for an innovative payments organisation that is a leader in its field.
The Service Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing general support for all Service Operations activities, primarily focusing on supporting Change and Problem Management functions.
The role will require a Service Operations Analyst with general experience of Service Operations/ Service Management who is keen to broaden and deepen their service operations skills in a very high profile, always on service environment.
In this Service Operations Analyst role you will support the Change Manager to make sure change to applications are correctly governed, supporting the Problem Manager, ensuring that problems identified within the operation or as a result of major incidents managed by Service Operations are logged and managed and carrying out Incident Management tasks delegated by the Service Manager. The Service Operations Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining the Service Catalogue and ensuring services are available for request fulfilment.
In the role you will be working with the ServiceNow tools set and ideally have a fair understanding of how to navigate the tool and conduct basic functions.
Essential Skills for the role:
Evidence of experience in a Service Operations/Management function.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of at least one of the following Service Management function Change or Problem Management
Analytical with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team.
Experience of working within a high availability mission critical environment (ideally Financial Services / Payments).
