CRM Support Developer

Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a mid-level (ideally 2-3 years exp), CRM Support Developer has arisen within our growing Financial Services Client head office in central London. You will be joining a talented team of 4 Developers, reporting into the CRM Development Lead and be responsible for development and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology stack. Working in an Agile environment you will deliver high quality technical solutions in accordance with agreed quality standards.

The role will be responsible for application development, Dynamics implementation, customisations, extensions, migrations and plug-in development. In addition you will lead Level 2 Application Support coordination and will be responsible for managing escalations with timely, effective communications to stakeholders. You will work with internal clients, IT Development and Support functions and other stakeholders in the business to investigate, test and develop solutions and workarounds to resolve client issues/requests. You will be required to integrate effectively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and work proactively with PM and BA functions on implementation planning. You will participate in maintaining the continuous delivery pipeline for new features including set up of pre-prod environments and performing deployment activities.

Technical Skills required;
Essential - Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 -> 2016, Custom Workflows, Custom Plugins, MS .Net 4.0+, C#, SQL Server (T-SQL), HTML5, JavaScript (e.g . JQuery), TFS/GIT, Agile Practices, TDD/BDD

Desirable - CTI, Scribe, Experido, Click Dimensions, RESTFUL WEB APIs / WCF, MSMQ/RabbitMQ. Exposure to Continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
