Service Desk Manager - 6 month contract - London

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Manager on behalf of a leading Financial Services client based in London. This is an initial 6 month contract to join during a really exciting change period for this particular client.

Successful candidates should;
- Oversee the service desk tickets, directing the team in assigning the correct priority & categorisation to tickets and meeting SLAs
- Act as escalation point for request and incidents
- Assist in the selection of a new ticketing system that is better ITIL aligned
- Develop Ticket Deep Dive strategies for improvement
