PMO Analyst ¿ Payments/Banking

An experienced PMO Analyst is required for a permanent position with a leading Payments organisation based in Central London.

In this PMO Analyst role you will have the opportunity to work in a fast moving, state of the art payments company that is responsible for processing £3 billion worth of payments each year. You will get to work and knowledge share with a strong team of people at their top of the field when it comes to payments industry knowledge.

The suitable PMO Analyst for this role must have at least 5 years¿ experience and expertise in the PMO environment, and it is vital that you have worked quite extensively in the banking or payments industry; to be successful in the role you will need to have and be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of money transmission (the movement of funds in a secure environment) in a payments environment, including the players and processes.

Main Activities and Responsibilities of the PMO Analyst
¿ Run a PMO office for a large delivery Programme
¿ Improve or define standardised processes and tools for planning and reporting across the programme
¿ Provide support on complex admin tasks
¿ Assists Project Manages in collating and reporting project and programme status
¿ Update the overall summary programme plan
¿ Prepare presentations on Programme plans and progress
¿ Provide standards, methodologies and set of tools to Project Managers
¿ Management of project and programme documentation including schedules, plans, risk and issues registers, and dependencies.
¿ Coordination of plans between Project Managers and monitor resource usage.
¿ Monitor and review Project performance.
¿ Implementation and operation of project information systems and score cards
¿ Quality monitoring and enforcement of standards.
