The main focus of this role is to work on the development and maintenance of my clients Business Systems software.
My client is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their busy, expanding Fraud & Apps team. You will be tasked with providing fraud reduction, hotlist administration and application support across the business.
This position offers the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of technology within the Fraud/Payments sector. With an extensive list of high profile projects you will be exposed to all areas of technologies including the latest innovations and contactless payments. Duties and Responsibilities will include:
-Providing Applications Support to Internal and External Clients
-Liaise with Midrange team who act as 3rd Line support for Oracle DBA
-Second Line support for systems supported by the Backoffice Support team.
-Analysing and resolving transactional data issues on the Central Systems (Oracle database on Sun Unix boxes under Sun Solaris)
-Liaise with Development and Test teams
-Produce and test operations procedures for Central System monitoring
