Graduate IT Systems Analyst

IT Systems Analyst - Graduate role

A fast moving world needs a dynamic, smooth running and passionate team to drive information technology change, and that team is currently looking for a Graduate ideally with 2 - 3 years experience for an IT Systems Analyst to join their award winning business.
The role is working for a prestigious technology finance organisation based in Farnborough Hampshire.
As IT Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for formulating and defining project scope and objectives by undertaking complex research and analysis to define solutions. You'll support design and development through to leading system integration testing, user acceptance testing and implementation phases. In this role, you'll be involved with the following:

Qualifications and Experience required for this role:

Educated to degree level or equivalent
Previous experience of working in a busy and delivery focused IT Department as a Systems Analyst with full project lifecycle experience based on waterfall or agile.
Formal qualifications in Business and Systems Analysis and/or PRINCE 2 or PMP qualifications are desirable.
Proven ability to operate in a complex legacy systems landscape
Proven stakeholder management and strong communication skills are essential.
Previous exposure within financial services is preferred.
