I am currently recruiting on behalf of a cutting edge organisation in the Payments industry based in The City who are recruiting for an experienced Onboarding Manager to join their Customer Onboarding team. This a broad role and would encompass Customer Onboarding, Technical Project Management, Implementation and Integration responsbilities.
Lead internal activities for planning and executing participant on-boarding planning and preparation. This will include arranging workshop sessions, agreeing communications, raising issues and managing to resolution, and coordinating resources.
Lead the implementation & on-boarding planning with participant project managers:
Establish appropriate joint governance structure and communications plan
Agree acceptance criteria / critical success factors for each participant and ensure these are brought back into the internal team, well understood and included in plan.
Lead the implementation & on-boarding activities with participant project managers including: Checkpoint meetings, Progress reporting, Issue resolution and Risk management
Produce internal reporting
