Executive Project Support Analyst - Banking or Payments sector experience reqired

A Financial Services Client based in London is looking for an Executive Project Support Analyst specialist to work with and support the Head of Industry Project Delivery, with administrative and executive support tasks on projects and programmes delivered. The Executive Project Support Analyst will require experience working in the Banking or Payments industry and excellent stakeholder skills, attention to detail, and ideally knowledge of payments and working in a regulated environment.

This Executive Project Support Analyst role will give you excellent exposure to working in an industry leading organisation that is at the forefront of policy and regulations within the financial services.

In the Executive Project Support Analyst role you will undertaking on-boarding activities and query management, maintain internal procedural documentation and liaising with suppliers to ensure end users are given a timely, reliable and professional service. As a Executive Project Support Analyst you will need very strong organisational skills and proven experience arranging regular group meetings for various services and preparing documentation, producing minutes and following up on actions with in the projects.

The Executive Project Support Analyst will provide effective stakeholder communications and reporting, and provide management reporting and escalation, where necessary, to evidence the achievement of KPI / best practise standards.
