Systems Analyst required for my client a financial software solution provider based in SE London. My client specialise in servicing the financial services and Insurance industries, their systems are used by life, pensions and investment clients globally. They offer a unique and innovative end to end, self service product and maintain in depth business knowledge and technical excellence.

To meet with increased customer demand I am looking for a Systems Analyst to join their busy development environment and ever expanding team of professionals. They will take on a graduate with excellent grades in Maths, or an experienced Systems Analyst. hence the vast salary banding for this role.

The ideal candidate must have a detailed understanding of insurance or accounting and ideally would have experience of the Life & Pensions market. You must have the ability to write systems specifications to a technical level (Structured English/Psuedo code) and be familiar with data design and data modelling. Knowledge of Object Modelling, MVC and the use of XSDs would be a distinct advantage.

In the Analyst Role you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of business function from initial customer contact through design, specification, testing and ultimately to go-live.

Ideally would have experience of the Life & Pensions market. This role would suit part-qualified Actuaries.

The role is extremely diverse and challenging offering the most capable of individuals full end to end exposure to all phases of software development lifecycle and with full accountability from onset to delivery.

This role would be ideal for a someone wanting to work for a global, fast moving company away from the hustle and bustle of London and City life. Only a short train ride away from London Mainline stations.
