Payments Policy & Regulation Manager
A leading and well respected Challenger Bank in London are recruiting for a Payments Policy and Regulation Manager.
The Payments Policy and Regulation Manager will be responsible to manages and maintain all payments policy and regulated related activities. You will help deliver Payments policies that meets the ever growing needs of the banks customers.
The Payments Policy and Regulation Manager will Manage all Payments Policy and Related Standards activity regarding annual and ongoing review , working closely with business and functional areas to ensure fit for purpose and implementing appropriate change where necessary.
Uses clear understanding of risk to deliver effective policy and compliance regulation outcomes.
The successful candidate will require excellent Stakeholder management skills, C level
Liaise with all business units and functional areas to ensure Payments Policy and Related Standards is embedded into The Bank.
Ensure local and international regulatory requirements are incorporated into the Payments Policy and Related Standards Produce and present well written reports and presentations to senior colleagues on payments policy and complex regulatory issues
Provide SME input from a payments compliance and regulatory perspective into payments change projects
Woking with risk liaising with Risk and Regulatory Liaison team from regulators PRA, FCA, PSR, PSD 2, Open Banking and the CMA.
Manage relationship with Payments trade body Payments UK, attending regular member meetings and manage payment of annual fee
Technical knowledge in payments including payment channels, payments systems, accounting systems and the payments industry, BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments Systems, Open Banking and PSD 2.
