Birmingham, West Midlands
12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
£28,000 + Excellent Benefits

DP Connect are working on behalf of an International Law Firm who are looking for an IT Service professional to provide administration support in respect of the new starter, leaver and change processes, including the creation of new accounts, administering changes to accounts and the effective off-boarding of leavers.

My client is one of the top 10 Law Firms in the UK and has a global reach. They have won multiple awards for innovation and are recognised as a great place to work. They are currently undergoing a period of expansion in their UK HQ in Birmingham due to international office openings.

What You'll Be Doing
You will provide on-going maintenance of the firm's global distribution lists and monitor all incidents and service requests assigned to the IT Service team. You will also coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects directly related to the services provided by the team in respect of office moves/new office openings, departmental restructures, regular intake of trainees and temporary staff.

Your Skill-Set
You will come from an IT Service background and ideally have an ITIL certification, combined with excellent communication skills and both Administration and Microsoft Office Suite experience.
