Our leading Cross-Border Payments & FX client currently requires a Service Delivery Manager (Payments / Foreign Exchange / FX) to join the team in their Central London office.

The successful candidate will be looking after governance and management across all aspects of Service Delivery including Service Management, Incident and Change management, Continual Service Improvement and Client Satisfaction.
This role would suit someone that is highly personable with proven skills in very customer focussed / client facing positions.

Essential skills:

- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate it in a concise and relevant way to various stakeholders
- Works collaboratively with others to deliver superior service
- Excellent Service Management experience
- Proven track record of delivering successful service, support or software change
- Experience in client relationship management

Desirable skills:

- Proven skills within either the Payments / FX industry
- Results oriented and adaptable in the face of challenges
- Exposure and a successful track record of influencing and working with internal teams
