Change Analyst/Coordinator ITIL

Job Description

Change Analyst/Coordinator - ITIL required by highly successful financial services organisation to follow Change process and workflow Changes through the Service Management Tool (ITSM) (Hornbill Supportworks) - other ITSM/Tools will be considered,.

Working in a highly skilled Change team you will be working in a professional financial services environment and making changes to process for a wide variety of individuals.

To be successful in this role, you will have 2-3 years experience as a Change Analyst within a managed service or financial environment or similar background where process has had to be followed very carefully, previous experience in improving Change/Release processes or following through Change related service improvements would be beneficial, have an ITIL V3 Certification.
