One of my leading clients, a global Technology Consultancy who are undergoing a successful period of growth, are looking for an IT Services expert to undertake a client facing role (experience in a client facing environment is essential). The successful candidate will to manage technical, operations, and training support to users of the end client¿s personal computers relative to desktop hardware and software packages. You will also direct the planning and design of personal computer support systems, manage the installation and testing of personal computers, printers, and other peripherals as well as be involved in the configuration of operating systems, and applications software programming.

This position offers an opportunity to join a recognised and growing business who are rapidly expanding their Aviation division in South Hampshire, and play an integral part in their continued success.

Experience Required:
- Experience of managing teams and mentoring
- Ability to manage and focus team on agreed priorities
- Proven track record of End user equipment refreshes including laptops/mobiles/printers
- Experience with Dell/HP hardware including laptops/Desktops/Printers
- Demonstrable leadership and relationship building skills with the ability to form partnerships to drive consensus, identify and address issues.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends to infuse technological innovations to enhance our solutions, service delivery and optimize cost
- Self-motivated and strong can do approach, team motivator
- Must be a good team player and able to use own initiative
- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills
- Experience of brining teams together
- Experience of working with teams geographically spread
