Financial Services Organisation based in Hertfordshire are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst.

Applicants will need to have:
A minimum of 4-5 years solid Business Analysis background.
Good analysis and design experience working within a UML environment
Familiarity with OO development.
Experienced in use case development, class modelling and the elicitation of requirements.
Working knowledge of the Rational Unified Process (RUP)

The client is looking for candidates that have worked within the Payments, Finance and/or Banking sectors.

The Business Systems Analysis has the primarily responsible for the production of analysis artefacts and is therefore key to the success of the development of new products and services. For this reason, the Business Systems Analyst will need to be well versed in all analysis techniques and will be expected over time to develop expert knowledge of a wide range of the clients systems and products.

The role will also involve travel to the clients other offices, and to customer sites.
